Hi, I’m Seema Chopra, a Strength & Conditioning Coach and personal trainer with over 14 years of experience. Specialising in the female athlete, I bring a wealth of expertise in dance, strength and conditioning, and extensive research in recovery methods in performance.
Having faced the challenges of balancing work, life, and self-care, I empathise with the struggles of anxiety, stress, and burnout, especially after becoming a mother. Despite finding joy in exercise, my body wasn't healing, leading me to explore new ways to manage stress and energy levels. In 2022, I was diagnosed with ADHD, prompting me to develop more effective stress management strategies, including optimising recovery through exercise synced with my menstrual cycle.
The most valuable lesson I learned was recognising when I was at my best, when I needed to push myself, and when it was time to slow down—a balance that involves both a mental and physical approach. This is what I call Shakti—a harmony between strength, power, and energy, embodying the dynamic feminine force.
My superpower as a coach is sensing the energy in others, allowing me to help you shift your energy patterns through movement. This skill is vital in my work with neurodivergent clients, enabling them to manage stress and improve overall well-being.
Today, I coach women of all ages to achieve life-changing results. By becoming stronger, more energetic, and powerful, not only in exercise but in their everyday lives, they feel empowered and capable.
The secret is getting in sync and optimising when you are at your peak and honouring yourself when you are not.
