Active Coaching
A personalised approach to fitness that offers 60-minute, real-time sessions tailored to your needs. Choose from in-person coaching at the Active Shakti Garden Studio or a hybrid option, which combines in-person sessions with a custom training programme delivered through the Active Shakti app for support between sessions. Each session focuses on your progress, providing immediate feedback and adjustments to help you achieve your goals.

The experience
The Active Coaching experience is ideal for women who need guidance to build confidence in their training. Whether in-person or via Zoom, it offers live feedback, technique development, and tailored encouragement throughout each session. For neurodiverse women, in-person coaching is especially beneficial, providing hands-on proprioceptive feedback to refine movements. With a coach assessing how you feel on the day, we’ll prescribe personalised strategies and exercises to ensure steady progress and confidence in your journey.

Standard In-Person:

Premium In-Person:
£300/month
The highest level of in-person coaching with frequent sessions for continuous support and progression. Best for those committed to hands-on guidance and significant fitness transformation.
Hybrid coaching
Combine in-person sessions with full access to the Active Shakti app. This option is ideal if you want hands-on guidance, supplemented by digital tools and resources to stay on track between sessions.
