About the programme:

This comprehensive programme includes:

- Strength training  
- Balance training  
- Metabolic conditioning  
- Cardio  
- Yoga  
- Meditation

The programme is periodised into four 4-week phases, aligned with your

menstrual cycle:

1. Gearing Up  
2. Peak Heat  
3. De-load  
4. Rest & Nurture  

​

With each phase, the intensity and complexity increase. You'll have access to demo videos, coaching cues for every exercise, and expert tips on recovery, nutrition, and phase-specific guidance. Symptom management strategies are also shared on the members' page within the app.

Gym equipment required:

Rowing machine & Treadmill, Barbells, Trap Bar, Plyo Boxes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and Resistance Bands.

Additional features:

- Bi-weekly group feedback sessions  
- Personalised dashboard to track your progress and access to a private members group
