Progressive Coaching is designed to help you find balance, prevent overtraining, and unlock your full potential. Whether you seek in-person guidance, a hybrid of in-person and app support, or fully virtual coaching, there's a membership option tailored to your unique needs.
Choose from two options: work independently with the Active Shakti App, following a structured programme with digital guidance, or opt for Fully Personalised Coaching, where you'll receive a customised plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and recovery needs. Both options offer the flexibility of training anywhere, with the personalised coaching option including regular check-ins and virtual sessions to help you stay on track and refine your technique.

One-hour, tailored sessions for clients who value personalised coaching focused on their individual needs and real-time technique feedback. Sessions can be held in person at the Active Shakti Garden Studio in South East London or via Zoom for worldwide clients. Each session ensures progress and adapts to what you need on the day. Choose from Basic, Standard, or Premium packages—where Premium includes full access to the Active Shakti app for additional support and personalised programming between sessions.
